Option #1: Green Smoothie. This is the perfect way to start the day and really boost your immune system! Your body has feasted throughout the night and the fruit which digest super-fast have vitamins and minerals which will quickly and easily be absorbed into your system. This contains 12 grams of fiber, and is so good for you! Try it out for 1 week and you will be surprised at how good this tastes and makes you feel.
In your blender: 2 Cups of greens (Spinach or lettuce) + 3 frozen or fresh fruit that you love (can be frozen mangos or bananas for a creamy texture, apples, pears, peaches, grapes etc.). Blend with cold water until smooth.

If you are still hungry, or don’t like the green smoothie (after you tried it out a couple of times!) you can go with good-old oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk, honey, blueberries, bananas and cinnamon. Option #3: Whole wheat bread with avocado, lemon juice, tomato, salt and pepper. This is a fresh, satisfying breakfast, with tons of vitamins and antioxidants.
Why change yourself because of another opinion or our own personal jealously. When we were kids we didn’t care we wanted to play or have a magical super powers our minds were beacons of fun, self love and power. Then as we grew they became prisons of self doubt, worthlessness and demeaning self talk.
As adults we are so quick to tear down not only ourselves but others as well. We are even quicker to spread gossip then words or love and even quicker to ridicule those who dream harder then us or want to bring positivity into the world. We have become so occupied with what others are perceived to have, possess or look like that we forgot what makes us truly special.
We forgot the gift we have which is our flaws, our weirdness and our unique qualities that draw people in like moths to a flame. It’s easy to say appreciate what you have or look like but harder to ring true. A good friend of mine once said everyday you need to look in the mirror and list 3 things your are grateful for – your gratitude’s. Do this ever single day & see what happens.
Go back to dreaming of having super powers, of believing in magic & believing in your own drive towards your destiny. Be comfortable with who you are and never apologise for it.
Because if you don’t shine who else can shine your light?
Everyone has a special person in their life whether it is a partner, best friend or someone close to them that warrants no explanation. We need love & we seek out acceptance in others to give us validation. It would be an extremely lonely world without love but love can also break you in unhealthy ways with false promises and hurtful words. This is leading us to ask “where does the good go” but I’ve come to realise that we need to create our own version of good.
We need to give ourselves our own validation for breathing, make our own decision in life and not be dictated by even those closest to us. These people I’m talking about are those we feel we can not ever live without, the ones that we invest our lives into and they complete us (I know how that feels) But those phrases take away the importance of us and say that we are validated by the existence of that person in which we are not. We can give the world to these people forever but you need to remember no matter what happens you are your own person and will survive even the darkest days. You will triumph and can heal yourself no matter how broken you are.
“He or She is very dreamy – but he or she is not the sun you are ☀️ ” – never forget you are the brightest light in a shade of darkness and the light that guide your journey in which you will attract those lights that makes your shine brighter.
When you start on a new venture or decide to start living a healthier life your filled with enthusiasm and determination but then after a few weeks or months it starts to dwindle. You can start looking for excuses to stop or listen to other people propelling you into a spiral that keeps you off the path of success
You need to remember that the reason why you started was all about you! You’re building a NEW YOU…and building a new you takes time, so be patient with yourself. You’re going to have good days and bad days during this time …. it’s all part of the process. But by the end, the good days far outweigh the bad and you’ll know it’s all been worth it.
YOU are worth it! So do not give up!
2 cups unsweetened Coconut Milk (can make own)
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
2 scoops Arbonne Choc Meal Replacement (MR) or Protein Shake
Blend (if want chia whole, whisk in after blending the milk and MR)
Pour into small jars and pop a couple of raspberries on top….DELISH
Set for min 4 hours or overnight .
Today’s a choice what is your option? We hear the common phrase – ‘I’ll start Monday’, ‘I have to get rid of the junk food in the house’, ‘Just one more unhealthy meal before I start’ – but really all they mean is I don’t really want to do this, I’m not committed and I’ll TRY. The word try is there to make ourselves feel better. It’s another form of an excuse as it gives us a way out while simultaneously giving us a pat on the back. As people we use it because its like an adult gold star or a participation award, we didn’t win but we gave it a good old go.
We are choosing the easy option because it keeps us in our comfort zone and allows us when we fail to not feel bad. But why? At the end of the day why even begin if you have already set your mind set to fail? Why waste your time & money? Everyday people are going through sh*t. Everyday we have an uphill battle in life whether its a medical issue, problems at home, injuries or work pressures. A person’s issues is subjective to their current experience and this is why the word try is so important as it again gives us an out allowing the sh*t we go through to win.
We have 365 a days in a year and I read that when you break it down into a % after we sleep, work, eat, commute we are left with only 12% of our lives to make a difference. 12% that’s it. Most will spend over half of that time watching TV or engaged in some sort of mind numbing activity leaving only 6%. Don’t end up with only 6% to make a difference use your life to improve and grow. Use it to be the best, healthiest versions of ourselves. The most able, the most mobile, the most free not limited by illness or stress. When you set a goal follow through make it happen, set yourself up with a winning mindset why? because ‘ It’s going to happen because I’m going to MAKE IT HAPPEN’. – don’t let the sh*t win use that 12% and be a knock out.
